We provide support and training on an array of online accounting systems including Xero, Sage One, KashFlow and QuickBooks Online.
Xero is our preferred choice and is an easy to use online accounts system allowing us to work in real time when accessing your financial information and without the need to send us back-ups of your accounts or for us to visit you, giving you peace of mind that help is only a phone call away.
Xero is available over the internet, giving you the ability to check the businesses’ financial information from anywhere in the world. It will integrate with your online bank and PayPal accounts to make data entry much quicker and easier, and because it’s in the cloud there is no need to worry about installation, upgrades or maintenance.

Remote log in
We can log into your computer remotely (but only with your permission) to demonstrate how to use your accounting software more effectively or directly talk you through any issues or problems you are facing with your accounting software.
Client portal
Our clients have access to our secure client portal area online, affording a convenient way to access documents and convey information. As private, secure extensions of our website, the client portal gives our clients 24/7 access to our services and documents from any internet connection.
Our clients can use the portal to review personal financial documents, e-approve tax returns, accounts and other documents, or even exchange payroll documents. This technology is much more secure than conventional methods such as via e-mail, complies with the new GDPR data protection rules and dramatically speeds up approval of tax returns and accounts etc.
Online meetings
Using Online Meetings, if you prefer you can now attend a meeting with us from the comfort of your home or office.
We can also share our screens with up to 100 people, so have the ability to clearly talk you and your team through any complex documents such as accounts or discuss issues that can’t be done with just a phone call.
Webinars
We understand that running a business is a full time job and taking time out to learn something new often slips down the priority list. This is why we run occasional free webinars covering topics that we feel are important to you and your business.
The key advantage of a webinar is its convenience – you see and hear the presentation, via your computer, tablet or smartphone, without incurring the travelling time and costs of getting to a venue.
